We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹100 per order

Free Shipping: On orders above ₹2999
(Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.)

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, or other trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your shipment in real time.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes.

An additional COD charges may apply.

8. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be re-shipped at an additional cost or canceled as per our discretion.

10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

Do not accept the delivery, or

Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
