❌ Order Cancellation Policy

 

At ROCCKZ, we completely understand that sometimes plans change 💕 That’s why we’ve kept our cancellation process simple:

 

📅 Before Dispatch

 

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

 

If payment was made online, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

🚚 After Dispatch

 

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can place a return/exchange request once you receive the item (as per our Return & Exchange Policy).

 

🛑 Special Note

 

Prepaid and COD orders not accepted upon delivery may affect your ability to place future COD orders.
