🛍 Return & Exchange Policy
At ROCCKZ , we truly value your trust and want every shopping experience with us to be delightful. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following guidelines:
📅 Time Frame
Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Requests made after 48 hours will unfortunately not be eligible.
📦 Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.
📹 For Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged item or find something missing from your order, a clear unboxing video (from the start of opening the package) is mandatory for us to process your request.
Without this video proof, we will not be able to accept claims for damage or missing items.
💳 Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, once the returned product passes quality checks.
Exchanges can be made for size or color (if available).
🚚 Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
In case of a defective or wrong product, we will cover the shipping charges and send a replacement.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased on final sale/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
